Gear grinding machine operation procedure:
1,There are generally two types of teeth, one is triangular teeth and the other is curved teeth. The tooth type should be determined before grinding. When the machine is running, the L-shaped wrench should be used to change the tooth shape and select the tooth shape to be ground.
2,Before starting, the distance between the grinding wheel and the saw blade should be at least 10mm, and then start. Before adjusting the push start, the distance between the grinding wheel and the saw blade should be maintained at least 10mm, and then start the machine, adjust the stroke adjustment rod of the push claw, so that the impact point of the push claw is in an appropriate position
3,After the machine starts, if the high and low teeth are grinding, adjust the difference between the high and low teeth adjustment rod, indicating needle and scale display. After the machine starts, if both the high and low teeth are grinding, adjust the adjustment lever for the difference between the high and low teeth, and the indicator needle and scale are displayed as zero.
